Narrative
Trapped on a farm in rural Georgia, a group of neighbors must put aside their differences and unite in the face of a mysterious and deadly threat.. Featured on the Korman Productions Deep Dive TV podcast: Teacup on Peacock Deep Dive: S1 E1/2 “Think About the Bubbles”/”My Little Lighthouse” (2024).
The visual effects were also quite grotesque!
I wasn’t sure about the show until the end of the second episode. No spoilers, but the sound effects alone were so visceral that they kept me looking forward to the sequel!
The show finds its footing by the end of the second episode
The blood reminds me of funny 80s/90s horror practical effects, but mixed with CGI. I think it’s absolutely normal for the showrunners to take their time when working on the plot – in the past, we gave the series a lot more time, when the norm was 24 episodes.
Fun new show 🙂
I will be interested to see in which direction the show will develop further.
