The film starts out annoying and shaky, but gradually builds in an intriguing story
Narrative
Follows Kathryn Ravenscroft, a television documentary journalist whose work has been built on uncovering the crimes of long-regarded institutions.. Gary Oldman was initially rumored to be cast in the role, but was replaced by Kevin Kline.. I don’t know if Alfonso has an enemy on IMDB that explains the cruel and unfair 1 star ratings, but they are completely untrue.
With each series, it becomes darker and more complicated
.At first it does not seem like an open secret, rather a tragic drama. But you begin to feel that there is something more to the story than the seemingly obvious good and bad characters. So much so that I felt I had to come back here to change my original review and add stars.
Now about the gray cat
The situation with cockroaches is alarming and indicative. Small detail, but this is possibly the first show I’ve ever seen that actually shows a real relationship between a cat and a human. Like a cat is always near you.
Curious, mischievous, entertaining and gentle
I really hate films in which the cat is not seen as something alien or even as a dark presence. The gray cat in this movie has more charm than all the humans put together, and he steals every wall he appears on. I hope he gets an Oscar!
