After the events of Batman (2022), Oz Cobb, aka The Penguin, makes a play to seize the reins of Gotham’s criminal underworld. He is impressive

The show is brutal and graphic
There is nothing in the character that even hints at Farrell. The New York accent, the sway and limp, the attitude: you’d swear he was a different person. The amazing prosthetics are very realistic and complement the character. There is nothing cartoonish about it.
It’s a shame
Well written and tight. It makes a great counterpart to Christopher Nolan’s Batman. In fact, I’d say it blows Marvel’s line. I hope this can be a season 2 but I know this is limited.
